MEET YOUR TEACHER
I am a Certified Mindfulness Teacher, and Master Certified Life Coach. I offer a range of Evidence-based experiential Mindfulness Programs which include courses, workshops, retreats, one on one mentoring and coaching, with emphasis on loving kindness, self-compassion, and trauma sensitivity.
I am passionate about Mindfulness and focus on teaching and sharing the principles and practices of mindfulness to inspire and empower individuals to claim their optimal well-being, strengthen their resilience while embracing their most unique, compassionate, loving, peaceful, whole, and authentic self.
My healing journey of self-discovery exploring mindfulness practices, continues to be filled with courage and acceptance, allowing for a more wholesome life experience. For me, mindfulness, loving kindness and self-compassion practices and teachings have been integral to learning new ways of relating to the inevitable stresses of daily life as well as meeting moments with grace, appreciation, gratitude, presence, and connection. Each day, I continue to learn to embrace my wholeness, while witnessing my growth and transformation as a human being.
I am a mindfulness practitioner who strongly believes in the knowledge, wisdom, and transformative healing power of mindfulness practices, and teachings. In addition to my daily practice, I continue to participate in ongoing mindfulness training and retreats to further support, strengthen, and deepen my practice. My practices not only ground me personally but also inform the heart of my teaching.
I’m deeply nourished by time in nature, creative expression, and ongoing self-inquiry. My interests include walking, journaling, poetry, reading, conscious movement, integrative healing, and exploring diverse contemplative traditions. I’m also passionate about mindful communication, community building, deep listening, and cultivating everyday presence through simple rituals like tea, music, and silence. Most of all, I cherish family time with my husband, our twins, and our spirited Shih Tzu "Sassy" whose joyful presence is a daily reminder to live every moment with curiosity and love.
