Introducing Mindfulness course is a 3-week evidence-based course that offers a brief taste of Mindfulness practices.
Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course is an 8-week evidence based stress reduction course.
Deeper Mindfulness: Exploring feeling tone frame by frame course is an 8-week evidence-based feeling tone course.
We offer half day workshops throughout the year that are designed to be experiential and educational, while introducing you to practices and teachings related to mindfulness and well-being.

Our guided silent retreats offer an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive group setting. Each day includes guided sitting, walking and movement practices and some extended periods of silence. Retreats are designed for those with an existing mindfulness practice.
