Current Offerings:

Introducing Mindfulness is a 3-week course that offers a brief taste of Mindfulness practices. This course is designed for anyone interested in exploring key Mindfulness themes and practices in ways that might support them personally, in everyday life and work. 

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction [MBSR] course is an 8-week evidence based course.

MENTORING

Our guided silent retreats offer an opportunity to deepen your mindfulness practice in a supportive group setting. Each day includes guided sitting, walking and movement practices and some extended periods of silence. Retreats are designed for those with an existing mindfulness practice.
